Become a Peer Mentor!
Spectrum’s Project Peer Connection, Mentoring Program is seeking volunteers to act as supports to ex-offenders being released from prison to cities and towns in Worcester County, Massachusetts. Peer Mentors help ex-offenders access needed resources to ensure successful community reentry. Training and supervision will be provided to all peer mentors. Volunteers are also eligible for Spectrum Health Systems continued training programs.
Project Peer Connection
Project Peer Connection is a peer mentoring program available to inmates graduating from one of Spectrum’s in-prison residential substance abuse treatment programs in Massachusetts. Funded through a grant by the U.S. Department of Justice, the program offers pre- and post-release peer mentoring to individuals returning to Worcester County upon release. Volunteer mentors facilitate access to employment, job training, treatment services, life skills training, and other needed services. Offenders must be within 90 days of scheduled release to be eligible for the program and express an interest in participation. For more information contact:

Announcing a New CWC - NEHRA Partnership
The Commonwealth Workforce Coalition (CWC) is very pleased and excited to announce our new partnership with the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA)!
NEHRA is New England's premier human resources association. Its mission is to lead, advance and influence the management of human resources and its impact on organizational success. Membership in NEHRA will allow you to network with their more than 3,500 members; access thought leadership on critical human resources topics via educational programming and on-line resources and become a part of a strong human resources community.
