Job Training Alliance
The Job Training Alliance (JTA) is a professional organization of Adult Skill Training service providers. It is committed to the delivery and improvement of adult skill training programs in the greater Boston area. The JTA hosts an annual Employer Appreciation Breakfast that recognizes the strong working relationships between local training providers and local business.
Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations
The Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations (MACDC) is the policy and capacity-building arm of the community development movement in Massachusetts. MACDC supports and advances the affordable housing, economic development and community-building strategies of its members and works to build the power of low and moderate income people to achieve greater economic, social and racial justice.
Massachusetts Association for Community Action
The Massachusetts Association for Community Action (MASSCAP) is a statewide association of the 25 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) operating in Massachusetts. Through the combined skills and vision of its members, MASSCAP works to enhance the ability of each agency to better serve its clients.
Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC) staffs and manages CWC.
In 1978, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts created CEDAC to serve as a vital resource for organizations engaged in community economic development. CEDAC is a public-private, community development finance institution that provides technical assistance, pre-development lending, and consulting services to non-profit organizations involved in housing development, workforce development, neighborhood economic development, and capital improvements to child care facilities. These organizations may include community or neighborhood development corporations, non-profit developers, and tenants' associations.
