Boston - New Supervisor Institute!
CWC, Boston Jobs and Community Services and the Boston PIC are sponsoring a new, two-day training for supervisors of workforce development programs who manage direct reports. If you are a new supervisor or a seasoned supervisor in search of new strategies, this interactive training is for you. Learn how to: employ effective interview techniques, ask behavioral-based interview questions, use winning supervision strategies and goal setting, train staff with an understanding that retention starts at hire, identify your own supervision style and build and manage a strong workplace team. The two sessions will be delivered by Jeff Davis. Please note: this training is for Boston-based workforce development programs only. Priority will be given to JCS funded programs.
